Who suits a Babolat Pure Drive
A lot of people tend to steer towards getting the Babolat Aeropro drive as its very versatile with its control, weight and spin potential. However, the some of the more experienced players tend to use the Babaolat Pure Drive for many reasons.
The Babolat Pure Drive 2015 was released. Babolat has clearly made some improvements, as the frame has a tighter string pattern due to FSI and a much more sportier playing ability and much more ‘punchier’ shot. Giving the Pure Drive series a nickname, of ‘The Puncher’.
The Babolat Pure Drive has:
- FSI technology (Frame String Interaction) which the new Babaolat Pure Aero also now has. This adds more power and also allows the player more control.
- Cortex Technology which is an intermediate piece of CDS (Cortex Dampening System), this guides you through the special structure of the frame to give you a better grip, close to the shaft. This gives you better ball control at each swing.
- Positive Curvature, no two lines in the frame are symmetrical, making it more rigid and torsion-free, giving you a higher impact force.
This should appeal to intermediate and advanced players with aggressive baseline players who like to dictate points from the back of the court.
