Cancellations & Refunds

In the event that you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped please let as know as soon as possible, you can use our contact form, we will review the situation and refund you - Please note - for all Cancellations there will be a small handling fee of £2.50 charged to your account.

If in the unfortunate situation your parcel goes missing then please advise us within 14 days of your parcel being shipped, if we have not had any contact within this time we will assume that your parcel has been successfully delivered and no further action can be made.

Change of details: In most situations once an order has been shipped we can no longer make any amendments or additions to the items on it. In some case’s we can try to change the details but we cannot guarantee these will become affective as the order is already on its way to you.

To ensure a successful hassle free service please ensure all details are correct upon placing the order.

Returns

Before returning any product please contact us to discuss your situation. If you wish to return any product then it must be in the condition you received it (Brand new and un-used with all packaging and labels still attached. Your claim will be void if this is not adhered to.

Returns are ONLY accepted if the product was found to be faulty upon delivery or you have received the incorrect product. All return claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Upon returns it is your responsibility to ensure a safe and secure method of delivery for the product (at the buyers cost) The product must be well packaged to avoid damage. Within the package of your return please include your invoice and customer number

Unacceptable Returns

If you return an item to us outside of the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply we may not refund you. The item may be returned to you at your expense and you will be notified of this and any other charges. If you choose to send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. This will not constitute any admission that we have failed to honour in full our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
