Payment for UK & European Customers:
The only method of payment through the website is PayPal, upon checking that your order is correct you will be diverted to PayPal where you can make the payment online. PayPal accept all major VISA Debit & Credit Cards

UK Delivery
Delivery is currently FREE of charge for all orders over £75! For orders below this, delivery is £5.
UK Delivery will usually take between 1-5 working days upon receipt of payment (Subject to clearance).
Delivery may take longer on specific products but this will be stated in the product description.
In some cases we use a Tracked Courier to ensure a professional service has been provided to the customer. Tracked service's will let us know that your parcel has successfully reached you - If your not in at the time of delivery couriers will either try to redeliver, leave in a secure location or leave with a neighbor that is in. In most case's couriers will usually drop a note through the door to say where it has been left.
International Orders
For all international buyers (Non UK mainland) All buyers MUST contact JFC-TENNIS prior to ordering. Upon receiving contact from you with your order specifications we will obtain a shipping quote and get back to you ASAP.
Delivery on ALL International orders must pay shipping regardless of any promotional advertisement on the website - Unless JFC-TENNIS has contacted you directly with a special offer.
Shipping costs are FINAL and non re-fundable upon you being happy with the shipping quote, then the order will be processed manually via email and PayPal (and not through the website) as we need to alter the delivery charge accordingly.

Pricing
All Products advertised on our website our accurately priced. For items that are on sale please see the "sale" button on our site.
From time to time some pricing maybe inaccurately priced due to human error, if this is the case we reserve the rights to cancel your order.
Goods out of stock
From time to time some products may be out of stock - most products will take an extra 7-10 days to come back into stock, ready to deliver to our customers.
In the unlikely event of out of stock products or delay in delivery then you will be contacted either by phone or email with the timescale that we expect to regain stock and for delivery to take place.
We will give you the option to either accept delayed delivery, or to cancel the order for a full refund.
Pre-Ordering
Pre-Ordering on our website is simple!
You will notice that some items on our website are for "Pre Order" - Please make your purchase in the normal way, when the item comes back into stock we will ship your item - It will usually take around 7-10 days for the item to come back into stock.
We will contact you directly if its not possible to complete your order or if there is any additional information that we think you should know about.
Returns
Before returning any product please contact us to discuss your situation.
If you wish to return any product then it must be in the condition you received it (Brand new and un-used with all packaging and labels still attached. Your claim will be void if this is not adhered to.
Returns are ONLY accepted if the product was found to be faulty upon delivery or you have received the incorrect product.
All return claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Upon returns it is your responsibility to ensure a safe and secure method of delivery for the product (at the buyers cost) The product must be well packaged to avoid damage. Within the package of your return please include your invoice and customer number.
If you qualify for the above and you wish to return a product please contact us and we can supply you of the information needed.
Unacceptable Returns
If you return an item to us outside of the terms of our returns policy and your statutory rights do not apply we may not refund you. The item may be returned to you at your expense and you will be notified of this and any other charges. If you choose to send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed as an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. This will not constitute any admission that we have failed to honour in full our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
